Andre Chasse*

Andre is a seasoned human resources and benefits professional with over 18 years of experience. He currently serves as the Director of Benefits for CoreLogic, Inc. a $2 billion international provider of business information, analytics and outsourcing services with 10,000 employees worldwide. CoreLogic was recently launched from The First American Corporation. In this role, Andre oversees the administration of 2 separate health and welfare benefits programs, a 401(k) savings plan, and leave of absence administration for all domestic employees.

 

Andre joined The First American Corporation in 2001. Prior experience includes human resources and benefits roles with Broadcom, Cendant, NRT, Exult, Marsh and Sedgwick. In addition to the administration of benefit programs, Andre has experience and expertise in mergers and acquisitions, HRIS implementations, benefit communications, ISO and Six Sigma initiatives, performance management and overall HR operations management.

 

Andre studied music at the University of California, Irvine where he also obtained a Certificate in HR Management. Andre holds PHR and CEBS designations and his professional affiliations include SHRM, PIHRA and ISCEBS
