The theme of this year’s conference is “Attracting and Retaining Employees through Voluntary Benefits.” Benefits Managers are challenged with the need to attracting and then retaining the highest level of talented and skilled workers. This year’s event will focus on how employers, agents and consultants can leverage Voluntary Benefits and some of the unique and innovative voluntary benefits offerings that will appeal to and engage employees.
